School Uniform Information

Kingsland Primary School Uniform

Kingsland has an optional uniform which comprises of:

• white, blue or grey polo shirt/shirt/blouse;
• royal blue or navy jumper/cardigan;
• black, grey or navy jogging bottoms/trousers/shorts/leggings/skirt/pinafore dress.

School uniform is available to buy from retailers such as Asda, Morrisons, Sainsbury’s and many others. School uniform does not need to have our school logo on but if this is something you would prefer your child to have, it is available to buy online from myclothing.com. However, it will be much more expensive.

Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately in clothes which are comfortable and that they can easily move around in. Where it is appropriate, we encourage our pupils to develop independence in dressing themselves so clothing that they can manipulate themselves is much more suitable. Elasticated trousers/skirts and Velcro shoes are much easier to put on whereas tight fitting garments can be restrictive.

We use our outdoor areas all year round so children should be suitably dressed for the weather and for the activities they will be engaged in e.g. warm coat, gloves and woolly hat in the winter or thinner clothing and sunhat in the summer.

Pre-loved School Uniform

At both school sites, we have a selection of pre-loved school uniform items in different sizes. These are available to buy from our Upper School Enterprise pupils and items of uniform cost from 50p per item.
